  • Intro

The inception of the company was date back in 1988, where the primary business was dealingwith hardware and building materials trading under the company Perniagaan Aneka. Back then, the business was catering for the local construction market.

The company ventured into construction business soon after and later in housing development after gaining sufficient experience in the industry. The initial housing development projects were in Bandar Muadzam Shah and Rompin.

 

  • Birth of Alam Tenggara

Alam Tenggara Sdn Bhd. was then incorporated in 1994 to head the construction & housing development activities and the target market was mainly within the local district.

The company founded opportunities and niche market during 1997 recession and increase its capacity aggressively. The initial residence projects under Alam Tenggara, was in Cenderawasih and Semambu area, which both receibved tremendous market response.

The company from its humble beginnings with only a container office & workforce of less than 10 staff, had since aggressively building up its portfolio within the industry, with the dedicated mindset of delivering quality homes in time at affordable prices. Today, the current workforce of organization is over 50 members and the company has evolved into a well-organized corporation, and with the recognition of "Preferred Developer". is geared to experience future growth and expansion.

The company has successfully completed various residential and commercial projects totaling more than RM 150 million, and currently has ongoing projects worth RM 250 million in progress, and further 39 proposed projects in line.

We are now located at first floor at the tallest building in Kuantan Town, Kompleks Teruntum, with built-up area of 10,000 square feet.
